Market Grade Specifications

Market Grade Testing Sieves utilize the same high quality materials and craftsman- ship as the U.S. Standard Sieves, but they are referred to by 'mesh count' not the 'opening size'. This is the significant difference between the two testing sieve series available to industry. By definition, Market Grade Wire Cloth covers a full mesh range from 2 mesh to 635 mesh, and it uses a gen- erally accepted 'standard wire diameter' for each of the mesh designations found in this specification.
